Prayer Gatherings

Tent of Meeting Prayer | Wednesdays, 7-8 am | Room 101 at CrossPoint. Everyone is welcome to come participate in this weekly time of seeking God and prayer hosted by Grant Engeman. This meeting has two parts each week: the first part is a time for personal listening and responding to God and the second part is a communal time of prayer together along a guided theme. The inspirational passage for this gathering is Exodus 33:7, "Now Moses used to take a tent and pitch it outside the camp some distance away, calling it the “tent of meeting.” Anyone inquiring of the Lord would go to the tent of meeting outside the camp."

I started my 2nd grade long-term substitute position at Tiger Elementary this past week. I am being stretched to teach content that I’ve never taught before as a licensed music teacher. God promises to equip the called so I’m leaning into Him for the abilities to serve Him well in this new position and give me confidence, too. The first two days were challenging.

Pray for my health. Insurance will not approve the medication at the dose I need for 18 weeks. May God grant me strength & patience to get through these next 18 weeks. Also be with my family, friends & coworkers as they help get me through this difficult time.

Please pray with me for all those that are sad and lonely this season. I pray that God will show me and the Church everywhere to let the Holy Spirit guide them to these ones. May they (I) use God’s discernment to touch their heart and soul. 💜

Crosspoint family.. we are asking for prayers of healing. We are all sick right now with a viral bug that feels like the flue.. this all started this past Tuesday and has slowly trickled through the house. Blake and Jasper are close to the end of this all and I felt I was on the clear and getting over it until last night when it hit hard again.. Russell was in the clear until yesterday as well and was hit pretty hard with it all.. prayers we can over come this all. We had plans to go and see our boys Bio Grandparents and Bio sister this Sunday. This would be there first Christmas they had together since we adopted them 4 years ago.. so our hearts are heavy that we will be needing to reschedule this. We pray we can overcome all of this sickness with Christmas this coming week.. thank you for taking time to pray for us all..
